About

CrossFit Strasbourg is a historic gym in the Alsatian capital, founded in 2014 and entirely dedicated to CrossFit and fitness over more than 1200 m². The team of certified coaches supports beginners as well as experienced athletes, with personalized follow-up focused on health, performance or specific physical preparation. The training space combines WOD zones, strength work and conditioning, complemented by services such as Life programming, individual coaching and access to a partner physiotherapist. Open 365 days a year, the gym offers wide hours to train early in the morning, during the day or in the evening. The community stands out for its friendly and demanding spirit, where technical progress, safety and mutual support remain at the heart of every session.
