Caves Beach Gym — HYROX Gym

Caves Beach Gym is a not-for-profit community gym in coastal Caves Beach with a clear motto: more than a gym. Here, training goes hand in hand with connection, support and local involvement. Members have 24-hour access to a well-equipped strength and fitness space with real weights, plus a wide variety of group classes tailored to different ages and fitness levels. The timetable features conditioning and fitness sessions, CrossFit-style training, bootcamps on the sand, DanceFit, Active Over 50’s, HeartMovers and more, so beginners and committed lifters can train side by side. A dedicated creche makes it easier for parents to stay consistent, while fair trade coffee and quality supplements are available for a post-workout catch-up. The gym regularly runs targeted programs and social events, and actively supports local schools and the local tennis club, creating a friendly, down-to-earth community atmosphere.
