Gold’s Gym Kippa-Ring is a large, 2400 m² training space dedicated to serious strength and functional fitness in the heart of Kippa-Ring. Open 24/7 for members, it combines extensive strength and cardio zones with a sizeable functional training area built around a custom AlphaFit rig, ideal for lifting, gymnastics skills, conditioning and accessory work. Members can choose between training independently on premium machines and free weights, joining specialised small group training, or taking part in a wide range of group fitness classes.
