About

UniActive at the University of Wollongong is a large, community-focused fitness hub serving students, staff and local residents across two campuses. The Wollongong main campus gym features state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, a spacious functional training zone and three dedicated studios for group fitness. Members can choose from more than 70 classes each week, including Les Mills programs, FMT Strength, Rig Strength, RIDE, RPM, high-energy conditioning, yoga, Pilates, Barre, BodyBalance, Zumba and AquaFit. The facility is complemented by a 50-metre heated outdoor pool, ideal for lap swimming, cross-training or recovery after a tough session. At the Innovation Campus, UniActive operates a modern 24/7 gym with quality equipment and staffed hours for support. Across both sites, the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, with flexible memberships, no lock-in contracts and the option for a complimentary one-on-one session with a qualified fitness professional to help you get started.
