CrossFit Okanagan is a long-standing CrossFit affiliate in Kelowna, helping locals build strength, health, and confidence so they can keep doing the activities they love. Every class is coach-led, with certified trainers guiding you through warm-up, technique, and the workout of the day so you train safely and effectively, whether you are brand new or experienced. The gym offers a clear on-ramp with beginner fundamentals, regular CrossFit classes, and options for personal coaching tailored to your goals. Beyond its main programming, CrossFit Okanagan runs dedicated ForeverFit sessions for adults 55+ who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent, as well as teen classes that build fitness and confidence for younger athletes. As an official HYROX training club, it provides targeted strength and conditioning sessions for race-focused athletes. Known for its supportive, no-ego community, this gym brings together people at every stage of life who are ready to work hard and support each other.
