About

OCR Academy is Ottawa’s first and only obstacle course family fitness facility, designed for adults and kids who want training that feels more like play than a workout. The gym blends ninja-style obstacles with functional fitness, creating sessions that involve climbing, jumping, crawling and swinging instead of traditional machine-based routines. With more than 7,000 square feet of indoor obstacle space, it caters to obstacle course racers, ninja enthusiasts, and families looking for an engaging way to stay active together. Programs such as Obstacle Fit Kids classes give children aged 7 to 13 instructor-led group workouts that build confidence, strength and coordination in a supportive environment. Adults can access open gym times to practice obstacles and build full-body fitness at their own pace. The atmosphere is welcoming, energetic and community-focused, inviting members to grab a coffee, challenge themselves, and overcome obstacles one rep at a time.
