The Centre Sportif de l’Université de Sherbrooke is one of the region’s most complete training hubs, serving students, staff and the wider Sherbrooke community. Spread across multiple university campuses, it combines modern training rooms for strength and conditioning with extensive aquatic facilities, indoor and outdoor tracks, and courts for team and racket sports. Each term, the centre rolls out a full schedule of group courses for adults, teens and children, ranging from fitness and conditioning to aquatic activities and martial arts. Members appreciate a structured yet welcoming environment where beginners can learn the fundamentals while experienced athletes benefit from serious training options and well-maintained infrastructure.
