F45 Training Downtown Victoria brings high-energy, 45-minute functional workouts to the heart of Victoria’s downtown community. This woman-owned, Asian-owned and LGBTQ-friendly studio focuses on inclusive group training that blends cardio, resistance and hybrid sessions designed for everyday movement and real-world strength. Members train alongside certified coaches who guide technique and progression, making the format accessible to both beginners and seasoned athletes. The studio uses a fresh air and full HVAC AC system, with meticulous cleaning between and after classes to keep the training environment comfortable and hygienic. Expect fast-paced intervals, team-based circuits and specialty formats like boxing and MMA-inspired conditioning with no contact, just combinations, sweat and fun.
