X Training Wendake — HYROX Gym

X Training Wendake is a multifunctional training center in Wendake dedicated to pushing your limits through innovative functional movement. Designed for all levels, it focuses on improving body composition, everyday mobility and cardiovascular performance with constantly evolving workouts that change daily and weekly. Members train in a motivating group setting where collaboration, encouragement and enjoyment are central. Programming includes themed sessions such as lower-body and upper-body strength, conditioning and agility, as well as more technical crosstraining geared toward competitive athletes. The gym also offers obstacle-course style training, with progressive routes suitable for beginners through to advanced performers, and a dedicated Ninja-style course environment for children to move, play and develop confidence. Newcomers benefit from multiple trial sessions, allowing coaches to understand their goals and fitness level while building a close, family-style connection that defines the X Training Wendake community.
