About

Gibbon Gym in Hedehusene is a specialist training center dedicated to strength, functional fitness and a tight-knit community. As one of the only indoor OCR-focused gyms on Zealand, it brings obstacle racing, ninja-style rigs and calisthenics together under one roof. The space is designed with very few machines and plenty of obstacles, rigs and functional equipment, encouraging playful, full-body training rather than isolated exercises. Members can choose between free training and structured classes ranging from OCR and functional workouts to calisthenics, morning sessions and women-only groups. A strong family focus runs through the gym, with family OCR training from around school age, parent-and-child sessions and classes for new parents on leave. Gibbon Gym welcomes all levels, from curious beginners and juniors to ambitious competitors, and also offers both physical and mental coaching to support long-term progress and confidence.
