About

Crossfit Ajaccio is a dedicated functional training facility designed for those seeking varied, intense and structured workouts. The gym features a fully equipped 250 m² indoor area, complemented by a 250 m² outdoor zone accessible year-round, providing an ideal setting for outdoor WODs. Sessions are organized in small groups with attentive coaching to adapt movements to each individual level, from beginners to advanced athletes. The focus is on developing overall physical qualities: strength, endurance, power, agility and coordination through functional movements and constantly refreshed training formats. The community gathers around a friendly yet demanding practice, in a spirit of self-improvement and mutual support typical of CrossFit boxes, with a strong identity rooted in Ajaccio and across Corsica.
