CrossFit Andarta is a physical preparation gym located in Auray, focused on close support and coaching in small groups. Sessions take the form of one-hour classes led by a dedicated coach and limited to around twelve participants to ensure technical corrections, safety and personalized progression. Open to a wide audience, the box welcomes both beginners returning to activity and experienced athletes who want to optimize performance in their main discipline. The approach is based on varied work on strength, cardio and mobility, with particular attention to adapting loads and movements to each level. The community values mutual support, kindness and consistency in a structured environment that facilitates long-term commitment and the achievement of concrete goals.
