About

Good Vibes Training is a gym located in Chambray-lès-Tours, designed for those who want to train in a dynamic and supervised setting. Here you practice CrossFit, Hyrox as well as Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silk, for training that is both functional, artistic and fun. Sessions are coached, with personalized support that allows progress at any level, from beginner to experienced athlete. The focus is on accessibility, listening and motivation, in order to create a real training experience, not just a workout. Collective energy and a friendly atmosphere encourage consistency and progress, in an environment structured for strength, cardio and mobility work.
