About

CrossFit Clapiers is a 600 m² facility entirely dedicated to CrossFit, located minutes from Montpellier in the heart of Clapiers. The team leads sessions combining weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, with structured WODs designed to build strength, endurance and mobility. Classes are open to all levels thanks to attentive coaching that offers options adapted to each athlete. The gym also provides open gym slots for independent training in a functional space equipped for barbell work, free weights and bodyweight movements. Emphasis is placed on technical progression, safety and mutual support among members, in a serious yet friendly atmosphere. CrossFit Clapiers welcomes both beginners seeking fitness improvements and experienced athletes looking to structure their physical preparation.
