CROSSFIT H3 is a CrossFit box located in La Trinite, in the heart of the French Riviera, designed to help practitioners of all levels make progress. With 560 m², one of the largest training areas in the region, the gym offers a vast functional space to chain WODs, strength work, cardio training and weightlifting in comfortable conditions. The cross training sessions are structured to develop general physical conditioning, power and endurance, with close support to adapt workouts to each person's abilities. The atmosphere is friendly and performance-oriented, driven by a community of committed practitioners who seek both self-improvement and group spirit.
