Founded in 2016 by CrossFit enthusiasts, Rupella CrossFit is an affiliate box located in Lagord near La Rochelle. The facility spans over 500 m² dedicated to training, with a spacious functional area for WODs and a free-practice zone for independent workouts. Coaches deliver varied sessions focused on strength, gymnastics and conditioning with real technical support for all levels. Programming serves both beginners and advanced athletes, including dedicated slots for children and teens plus sessions for those over 60 to maintain strength, mobility and health. Rupella CrossFit stands out for its tight-knit, supportive community where members pursue performance, personal growth and daily camaraderie.
