CrossFit Skali, also known as La Skali, is a human-scale gym located in Laval and dedicated to CrossTraining and overall strength development. There is no impersonal fitness here: every session is supervised by a nurse coach and former Special Forces soldier who brings field experience to support member progression and health. Coaching takes place in small groups with individualized follow-up and particular attention to technique, injury prevention, and general physical condition. The atmosphere is demanding yet supportive, welcoming both beginners and more experienced athletes seeking performance. The gym offers varied functional workouts combining strength work, cardio, and mobility in a clean setting focused on efficiency, measurable progress, and self-confidence.
