ULTIMATE Training is a versatile gym located in Plessis-Belleville, welcoming both beginners and advanced athletes. The facility features a strength and cardio area with on-site coaching, along with a wide range of group classes focused on conditioning, strength building and toning in a motivating environment. ULTIMATE Training also offers a complete combat sports program including English boxing, Muay Thai, grappling, MMA and women self-defense, all supervised by specialized coaches. This variety allows members to build a consistent training plan whether the goal is fitness, performance or martial practice. The gym philosophy is built on closeness with members, long-term progress and respect for individual levels in a functional and dynamic setting.
