AMFIT TIME is an intimate fitness studio located in the 6th district of Lyon, designed to deliver a high-quality and personalised training environment. Covering 140 m2, the space has been fully renovated to create a welcoming atmosphere, away from large impersonal facilities. The studio offers boxing sessions, yoga classes and physical preparation, with a wide selection of functional equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls and wall balls. Sessions take place in small groups or through close coaching, allowing careful supervision, accurate movement correction and steady progress. The approach focuses on overall body strengthening, physical conditioning and wellbeing in an encouraging and accessible atmosphere. AMFIT TIME welcomes both active athletes and individuals looking to return to sport in a supportive and supervised environment in Lyon.
