LR Crosssfit — HYROX Gym in Montélimar

LR Crosssfit is a CrossFit box located in Montelimar, in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region. The facility features a large WOD space of approximately 400 square metres, complemented by an outdoor area equipped with racks, ideal for varied training all year round. Members benefit from extended open gym access, allowing independent training outside scheduled classes, as well as a coaching studio fitted with targeted machines for strength and muscle development.
