CrossFit Louvre is a reference box located in the heart of Paris, between the Louvre and the Opera. Opened in 2012, it welcomes both local professionals and CrossFit enthusiasts from across the Ile-de-France region. Training follows the CrossFit methodology, blending weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning to build strength, endurance and mobility within a structured framework. Sessions are supervised by certified coaches who focus on technique, progression and safety for every member, regardless of age or level.
