About

M34 CrossFit South is a box located in Perols, near Montpellier, focused on close support and sustainable progress. Workouts combine weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio, with programming designed to build strength, endurance and mobility for all levels. Dedicated teen sessions and kids WODs allow the whole family to train in a safe and fun environment. The atmosphere is warm and tight-knit, with members supporting each other, pushing limits and sharing daily achievements. The team adapts movements and loads to keep every session accessible, stimulating and motivating from beginners to advanced athletes, in a functional space clearly oriented toward performance and well-being.
