CrossFit Rezé is a gym specialized in CrossFit and weightlifting, located in Rezé just outside Nantes. The box offers high-intensity functional workouts structured in group classes led by certified coaches, designed to build strength, endurance and mobility regardless of starting level. Sessions focus on weightlifting movements, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, with strong emphasis on technique and individual progress.
