BE SPORT BE FREE is a large 1 000 m2 gym located in Saint-Genis-Laval, designed for those who want to train freely regardless of their level. The facility is organized into several complementary areas: a large cardio zone, a free-weight strength training area on the mezzanine, a dedicated cross training zone and a specific space for core work and stretching. The gym also offers a variety of group classes such as zumba, step or pilates, as well as small group training limited to about twelve participants for more targeted guidance. With extended opening hours seven days a week, BE SPORT BE FREE makes it easy to fit training into a busy schedule. The atmosphere is dynamic and accessible, with personalized support for concrete goals: fitness improvement, weight loss, muscle gain, sports preparation or general well-being.
