About

No Fear Crossfit is the reference training club in Saint-Jean-d’Illac for those who want to train seriously in a warm environment. On a surface of approximately 400 m², the gym offers CrossFit WODs, sessions dedicated to weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning, in order to work on strength, technique and cardio capacity. The coaching is provided by a team of professional coaches who support practitioners at any level, from beginner to advanced. The focus is on progression and movement quality, in a spirit of mutual support and kindness. The local community finds a structured training place, with varied programming that allows them to push their limits throughout the year and to follow a real physical preparation routine.
