About

Kastell Paol CrossFit is an affiliated CrossFit box located in Saint-Pol-de-Léon, in the heart of northern Finistere. The facility runs structured small-group sessions lasting about an hour, each led by a coach to ensure safety, steady progress and consistent motivation. Classes combine CrossFit, gymnastics, weightlifting, endurance work and mobility drills to build complete and lasting fitness. With groups capped at around twelve people, every athlete receives personal attention in a welcoming atmosphere open to beginners and experienced trainees alike. The local community trains together on varied WODs, team challenges and focused coaching inside a functional space designed for performance and everyday well-being.
