About

GONA GYM is a Sports & Health club based in Sevrier, designed to support your physical condition and well-being over the long term. The gym focuses on fitness improvement, weight loss, rehabilitation and sports performance preparation, with individualized follow-up for each goal. On site, you benefit from a strength and cardio area, dedicated spaces for cross-training, combat sports as well as gentle gym and relaxation, allowing you to vary your sessions throughout the year. Over 20 hours of group classes are supervised each week by qualified coaches, who correct your movements and motivate you from Monday to Saturday, morning to evening. The atmosphere is friendly and reassuring, with regular support on the floor to help you progress confidently, whether you are a beginner, returning to sport or already an experienced athlete.
