Come And Play is a CrossFit box based in Valbonne, focused on close coaching and lasting progress for every member, whatever their level. Sessions are built around varied WODs that combine strength training, cardio work and functional movements to improve strength, endurance and mobility. The team runs small-group classes to correct movements, adjust loads and ensure safe practice.
