CrossFit Tullow — HYROX Gym in County Carlow

CrossFit Tullow is a dedicated functional fitness gym serving the Municipal District of Tullow in County Carlow. As the area’s only official CrossFit affiliate, it focuses on delivering coached, results-driven training built around the CrossFit methodology. Sessions are led by experienced coaches, including a CF Level 2 trainer, guiding members through constantly varied workouts that blend strength, conditioning and functional movements. The atmosphere is inclusive and community-focused, with “fitness for all” as a core promise, welcoming beginners alongside experienced athletes.
