CrossFit Ennis — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Ennis is a dedicated strength and conditioning gym serving Ennis and the wider County Clare community. Established in 2013 as the first and only CrossFit affiliate in the county, it focuses on coached, small-group training that blends barbell lifting, conditioning and functional movements. Sessions place a strong emphasis on learning technically demanding lifts such as the clean and jerk and the snatch with close, hands-on instruction, helping members move safely while getting stronger and fitter. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and supportive, with a diverse mix of beginners, everyday athletes and more experienced lifters training side by side.
