About

X-SOLID SPORT LAB is a Rome-based sports club built around training, endurance and a strong sense of belonging. Founded in 2016, it grew from a small group of friends into a community of athletes of different levels who share the same passion for sport. Its offer is clearly rooted in running and hybrid preparation, with group training for 10K, half marathon and trail, alongside functional work and dedicated support for road racing, trail running and SUP. The atmosphere is team-oriented rather than commercial: members join a structured community led by certified instructors and backed by a collective mindset. What sets X-SOLID SPORT LAB apart is this blend of performance and community, where training is not only about improving results, but also about building consistency, motivation and shared commitment over time.
