Reset Sport Club S.S.D.a R.L. is a modern fitness center in Settimo Torinese dedicated to real, visible body transformations in just 12 weeks through structured training programs. The gym combines motivational coaching with professional guidance to help members train safely while achieving concrete results. Its training environment mixes cardiovascular machines, free weights and strength machines with functional tools such as kettlebells, TRX, Bulgarian bags, battle ropes and bars, creating sessions that improve strength, agility, coordination and joint mobility. The group class studio is the lively heart of the club, led by qualified instructors headed by Ade, offering a varied schedule from Pilates and toning classes to music-based sessions like Zumba and Fit Groove, plus innovative formats such as RT System, Walking and Pump. Reset also offers small-group PT Group personal training for one to three people, ideal for more targeted, personalised work in a motivating community setting.
