CrossFit Riga — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Riga is a flagship functional fitness hub in Riga and one of only two officially certified CrossFit gyms in Latvia. With a vast 1,000 m² training space, it is the largest facility of its kind in the country, offering room for varied, high-energy workouts without feeling crowded. The gym runs structured CrossFit classes, targeted glutes and abs sessions, kids’ classes, and performance-focused training for advanced athletes. It also houses Fitness Forge, a fully equipped strength and conditioning area created with K&N Performance, complete with classic machines and powerlifting gear for traditional gym training. CrossFit Riga supports top-level competitors such as Uldis Upenieks while remaining highly accessible to complete beginners. On-site massage therapy and physiotherapy led by leading specialist Raivis Miezāns help members stay healthy, recover faster, and train consistently within a strong, supportive community.
