CrossFit Limes is the first official CrossFit box in Alphen aan den Rijn and has been building a close-knit community of motivated members since 2015. Training here means hard work in small groups, guided by certified CrossFit coaches who focus on safe technique, smart scaling and real progress. The programming is built around varied functional workouts of the day, complemented by dedicated weightlifting sessions to refine your lifts and build strength. CrossFit Kids & Teens classes introduce younger athletes to training in a fun, structured way, while additional sessions prepare adults for demanding functional fitness events. The atmosphere is welcoming but performance-driven, attracting beginners, seasoned athletes and older adults alike who value accountability and results. Open 365 days a year, CrossFit Limes offers a consistent training environment where “hard work pays off” is more than a slogan – it is the daily standard.
