FittoFight Anna Paulowna is a no-nonsense training space in North Holland where functional strength, combat sports and conditioning come together under one roof. The gym offers varied group classes such as Fit to Fight high‑intensity sessions, strength circuits with barbells and classic lifts, punch bag training, crosstraining and dynamic yoga, alongside kickboxing and karate for all ages. Programming combines elements of powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting with traditional and alternative strength exercises, helping members build a stronger, more resilient body.
