TrainingsstudioNL — HYROX Gym in Enschede

TrainingsstudioNL is a focused training studio in Enschede where you never just “work out”, you train with a plan. In small groups of up to 12 people, you get the energy of training together and the individual coaching usually reserved for personal training. Sessions are built around functional strength and conditioning, with smart programming that targets strength, endurance and technique so you keep progressing without getting bored. The studio also offers dedicated Olympic weightlifting classes, where you learn and refine the snatch and clean & jerk step by step, from beginners to more advanced lifters. Alongside the group training, you can opt for personal training, duo training, structured trajectories, online coaching and open gym for independent sessions. The atmosphere is down-to-earth, encouraging and results-driven, attracting people who want to get stronger, fitter and more technically competent under the guidance of experienced coaches.
