Gymboxx Gouda is an outdoor personal training studio on the creative GOUDasfalt site in Gouda, designed for people who prefer fresh air and serious, no‑nonsense training. The focus is on hybrid training: a mix of strength, conditioning and functional movements tailored to your level, delivered through one‑to‑one personal training, small-group bootcamps and dedicated booty training sessions. Instead of a crowded commercial gym, you train on a rugged outdoor setup with simple but effective equipment and space to move, sprint and lift. Sessions are coached, structured and goal‑oriented, making it suitable for beginners who need guidance as well as experienced athletes who want to push performance. The vibe is down‑to‑earth and community‑driven, with members often training in the early morning or evening hours in all seasons, creating a tight-knit group that values consistency and hard work over mirrors and machines.
