JPT Lifestyle is a spacious, member-focused gym in Groningen that brings personal training, open gym access and group sessions together under one roof. With around 800–950 m² of indoor training space and an additional outdoor area, it offers plenty of room for strength work, conditioning and functional training in a motivating, supportive setting. Certified professionals guide you with tailored coaching, training plans and lifestyle advice, whether you are new to fitness or already advanced.
