About

Skanders is a dynamic group class gym serving Ridderkerk and the wider South Holland region, with a strong focus on community, variety and results. Spread across three locations and open seven days a week, it brings together all-round exercisers who enjoy training in a motivating, social setting. The timetable features more than 80 classes per week, ranging from (kick)boxing and boxing bag workouts to circuit training, HIIT and strength-focused sessions. Members can also slow things down with Hatha and Yin yoga or build core stability and mobility in pilates. Dedicated Strong(h)er strength training for women offers a supportive environment to get physically stronger and more confident with weights and functional movements. For those wanting extra guidance, personal training is available. With its “better together” mentality, Skanders is designed for people who like to push their limits alongside others and make consistent progress.
