Even Gym Uden is a boutique gym in North Brabant focused on balance: between effort and relaxation, social atmosphere and serious training, urban design and the nearby Maashorst nature reserve. Here you train in small groups, so every workout can be adapted to your own level and goals. The varied schedule ranges from HWPO-inspired WODs, HYROX-style conditioning and HIIT to BodyBalance, mat and Reformer Pilates, Flow and Yin yoga, stretching sessions, meditation and sound healing. The gym combines an intimate yoga studio with one of the most distinctive covered outdoor training spaces in the Netherlands, creating an energising yet calming environment all year round. Members come for structured strength and conditioning, mobility and recovery, but stay for the welcoming community that values progress as much as enjoyment. Whether you want to push hard, unwind deeply, or alternate both, the programming is designed to help you find your ideal training balance.
