MOVA Lørenskog — HYROX Gym

MOVA Lørenskog is a large, modern training center in Lørenskog designed for people who take their strength and conditioning seriously. Spread over 2,300 m², the gym offers a 720 m² strength room equipped with high-quality Technogym machines, free weights and functional stations, giving both beginners and experienced lifters plenty of space to train without compromise. Alongside this, a dedicated functional fitness area and HYROX zone provide structured environments for performance-focused workouts, conditioning blocks and intense circuit-style sessions. The facility also features four newly built squash courts, making it a hub for both racket sports enthusiasts and hybrid athletes who enjoy mixing court play with gym training.
