Æra Training is a centrally located Oslo gym built around small-group, coach-led training in a friendly, inclusive environment. The focus is on functional fitness that combines strength, conditioning and varied movement, with classes deliberately capped at around 12 participants to ensure close, personal coaching and tailored guidance for every member. The gym offers diverse group sessions, including high-intensity functional training, HYROX-focused workouts, and specialised senior classes designed for people aged 60 and above, with extra emphasis on balance, strength, explosiveness, endurance and core stability. Æra Training places strong value on making training feel meaningful rather than intimidating, helping members build confidence and consistency through fixed spots in weekly groups and a tight-knit community.
