InterGym — HYROX Gym in Sarpsborg

InterGym is a modern, spacious training center in Sarpsborg, positioned as one of the city’s largest and most attractive gyms. With around 1,000 m² of training area plus a dedicated lounge, it offers a contemporary environment designed for people who take their fitness seriously but still value a relaxed, social atmosphere. The gym focuses on effective, accessible strength and conditioning, supported by structured group sessions that members book via the “Min trening” app. InterGym’s programming includes dedicated HYROX-oriented training and simulations, as well as HYROX Teen sessions that introduce younger members to structured functional fitness. Multiple treadmills, including advanced curved and slat-belt models, support both endurance work and joint-friendly running. The community is active on social media, and members can easily track their progress and stay engaged through the InterGym mobile app, creating a connected, goal-driven training experience.
