SiS sportssenter — HYROX Gym in Stavanger

SiS sportssenter in Stavanger is a large, multi-purpose training hub that goes far beyond a classic weight-room gym. Located on the university campus, it attracts students and local residents looking for variety in their training under one roof. The center combines extensive strength and cardio areas with a modern functional fitness hall, an additional top-floor strength room equipped with premium Technogym machines, and over 600 square meters of studio space. Members can choose from more than 90 group classes a week, including daytime options, and experience The Club, an immersive concept with dark lighting, powerful music and high energy sessions. SiS sportssenter is also home to one of Stavanger’s newest climbing and bouldering halls, three double padel courts, squash courts and a golf simulator area, creating a dynamic sports environment. Lounge zones and a broad offer of activities make it a social, inclusive place to train for all levels.
