NEXT LEVEL FITNESS — HYROX Gym in Niepołomice

NEXT LEVEL FITNESS is the largest sports and training center in the Niepołomice area, designed for people who want more than a standard gym experience. Inside, you have 1,000 m² of modern training and recreation space with a full gym, cardio zone, group studios and a dedicated relaxation area to recharge after tough sessions. Outside, a unique 10,000 m² training ground offers a brick tennis court, grass pitch and space tailored for organized outdoor workouts, making it a standout facility in the region. The gym brings together fans of strength training, powerlifting, calisthenics and functional workouts in a multifuncional cross zone equipped for demanding sessions, including rowing, airbike and structured “cross” style workouts. A busy schedule of classes such as Cross, Spartan, Muay Thai, calisthenics, yoga, Bodyart and women’s fitness attracts a diverse community, from beginners to advanced athletes, all training in a friendly, motivating atmosphere.
