Pack Life is a boutique functional fitness gym in Johannesburg, with intimate training spaces at Wanderers Club in Illovo, Parkmore in Sandton and Steyn City. The gym focuses on performance-based, coach-led training built around CrossFit methodology and functional strength work, helping everyday people become fitter, stronger and more confident in daily life and sport.
