B-Fitness Entrenamiento y Salud is a multidisciplinary training and health center in the heart of Alicante, created in 2016 with a clear focus on long-term performance and well-being. Here, functional training is at the core: sessions combine strength work, conditioning, mobility and stability so you move better, not just sweat more.
