Gloves Badajoz is a boutique Boxing & Training studio in Badajoz that blends non-contact boxing with functional fitness for dynamic, high-intensity sessions. Here, punching bags, combinations and boxing technique are combined with strength work, Cross-style WODs, conditioning and circuit training to deliver complete workouts in just under an hour. The club’s signature Fitbox sessions are structured in clear phases, typically moving from warm-up to bag work, strength training, WOD and metabolic conditioning, so every class feels purposeful and varied. In addition to group workouts, the timetable features functional training, circuit classes, Pilates, open training slots and targeted sessions such as booty-focused work, all coached and adapted to different fitness levels.
