Active Dufit & Unbroken is a neighborhood training center in Caldes-de-Montbui that combines small-group coaching, personal training and expert care in one space. Designed especially with women in mind, the gym focuses on meaningful, results-driven training supported by nutrition guidance and sports physiotherapy. The timetable brings together strength and conditioning options such as Functional2Fit, TRX, cycling, HYROX-oriented sessions and CT Energy, alongside cardiobox, Zumba, Active Steps and dance classes like salsa and bachata.
