Kumuka CrossFit is a pioneering box in Cartagena and the first official CrossFit affiliate in the Region of Murcia, with more than a decade of experience training everyday people. The team focuses on well-structured functional training based on CrossFit methodology, combining strength, endurance and speed work in varied sessions. Programming is planned so both beginners and experienced athletes can progress safely, with coaches closely guiding technique and adapting loads and movements to each person. Alongside classic CrossFit classes, the gym also offers specific training geared toward HYROX competitions, attracting members who enjoy challenging, performance-oriented workouts.
